this feature film follows a queer south asian nightclub performer living a double life, and a young, single father who works as a mechanic. when they meet, a search for identity is sparked.
this is the third feature by award winning director sally el hosaini, whose previous films have played at sundance, toronto and berlin film festivals. the project is being produced by river road (12 years a slave, brokeback mountain, into the wild) along with chromatic aberration and maven media. it will debut at the toronto international film festival ‘23.
